Use the Acrygel System (Perfect Poly)
The Magpie Perfect Poly Acrygel system is HEMA and ODOR FREE! Acrygel is an acrylic/gel hybrid system which cures under LED light.
Perfect Poly offers a perfect, self leveling consistency that allows the nail tech to sculpt and mold the enhancement effortlessly, curing once the desired shape has been created. This product is easy to file into shape once cured. It stays flexible like gel, but is strong like acrylic. The best of both worlds!
Perfect Poly DOES require a base coat.
Magpie Gel Lamp - We have manufactured a professional LED lamp that has been tested by our company chemist to FULLY cure our products. We CANNOT and DO NOT guarantee the performance of our products when cured in another brand lamp. We also CANNOT and DO NOT guarantee the performance of other brand products cured in the Magpie lamp. We strongly encourage nail techs to use the Magpie LED lamp with the Magpie Professional Systems.
Prep & Dehydrate - The liquid used to clean the nail plate after prepping the nail plate for product.
Magpie Primer - A dehydrating primer, meant to be used sparingly on the nail prior to product application.
Base Coat Option - 60 second cure in the Magpie LED lamp
- Get a Grip - a rubber base coat that offers super adhesion with minimal lifting and chipping. The thicker formula gives extra protection to the nail plate, while offering generous flexibility. This gel can be soaked off. (HEMA FREE)
Perfect Poly Product Essentials
- Perfect Poly Liquid - The ideal liquid, with a light vanilla scent, for molding the Perfect Poly Acrygel into place. PLEASE NOTE: A LITTLE liquid goes a LONG way. Please use sparingly during application.
- Dappen Dish for Magpie Liquids - the most practical dappen dish to hold your Perfect Poly Liquid.
- Perfect Poly Brush - This brush provides a cutting end and a brush end, allowing 1 tool to do all of the hard work. We prefer the #2 brush for the shape of the bristles, but it really is preference.
Perfect Poly Color Options - 2 minute cure in the Magpie LED lamp
- Ice Baby - cures perfectly clear
- Rose - a beautiful blush pink
- Coconut - a milky white
- Pink Fizz - a delicate pink with shimmer
- Sweet Peach - a warm toned pink
Top Coat Options - 60 second cure in the Magpie LED lamp
- Like a Diamond - A super shiny, high durability, lasting shine top coat. A perfect viscosity to prevent flooding side walls and great for smooth glitter coverage. Cleanse the inhibition layer with Magpie Cleanser. (HEMA FREE)
- Top It Off, NO WIPE - A super shiny, high durability, lasting shine top coat. A perfect viscosity to prevent flooding side walls and great for smooth glitter coverage. Perfect top coat for Magpie Chrome application. Available in clear and shimmer finishes. (HEMA FREE)
- Velvet Top, Matte - A no wipe top coat that cures to a velvety smooth finish. (does contain a small amount of HEMA)
- For best results - REMOVE the inhibition layer of the color gel before applying the Velvet Top. Apply a thin layer and cure fully for a no wipe, no streak result.
