MISSING, LATE OR DAMAGED GOODS
Claims for missing or damaged goods will not be accepted unless Magpie Beauty USA has been advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods. We will not consider any claims made outside of the stated notification period.
We do not accept cancellation requests once your order has been shipped.
RETURN OF GOODS
Magpie Beauty USA can only accept returns under the following conditions
- Damaged goods (damaged during the shipping process)
- Incorrect goods (you were shipped the wrong items)
- Incorrectly described goods (goods clearly do not match the product description)
In all cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods if you wish to return goods. Due to the nature of the products we supply, we are unable to offer the right to cancel an order after receipt of goods, simply because the customer changes their mind.
In the case of returns, it is up to the customer to return the goods to Magpie Beauty at their own cost in no lesser condition than they were received by the customer. If the return meets the criteria stated above, the customer will be credited with the full value of their original order including delivery charges (or a proportion of the delivery charges if only part of an order is returned). The customer may choose to be shipped a replacement product or to have a refund. For items returned under warranty, a repair or replacement will be issued.
