MISSING, LATE OR DAMAGED GOODS
Magpie Beauty USA offers Route Protection Insurance. This shipping insurance can be purchased via the cart page of the website. If this insurance is denied by the customer, the customer acknowledges and accepts that any damaged, lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Magpie Beauty USA.
Claims for missing or damaged goods should be directed to Route directly as soon as possible.
All orders can be cancelled without penalty up until it has been packaged and sent. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled or retrieved.
*Please note - during holiday or sale periods, NO changes or cancellations to orders will be allowed due to the high volume of orders.
RETURN OF GOODS
Magpie Beauty USA can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- Incorrect goods (you were shipped the wrong items)
NO OTHER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED DUE TO COVID19.
In all cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods if you wish to return goods. Due to the nature of the products we supply, we are unable to offer the right to cancel an order after receipt of goods, simply because the customer changes their mind.
In the case of returns, it is up to the customer to return the goods to Magpie Beauty at their own cost in no lesser condition than they were received by the customer. If the return meets the criteria stated above, the customer will be credited with the full value of their original order including delivery charges (or a proportion of the delivery charges if only part of an order is returned). The customer may choose to be shipped a replacement product or to have a refund. For items returned under warranty, a repair or replacement will be issued.
