Use Nail Art Supplies (Inkies, Dried Flowers, etc)
Magpie Beauty believes in offering innovative products that help the nail technician create beautiful art. With that in mind, we have created products that provide quick and effective nail art designs for clients.
Magpie Alcohol Inkies are a water like consistency. Perfect for creating easy marble, watercolour, or tie dye effects. Be careful when using to prevent product spilling from the bottle. Always tighten the lid when finished to prevent evaporation.
- Gently shake the Inkie bottle before use.
- Apply either into a cured tacky inhibition layer or onto a matte finish for your desired look.
- Disperse the colour by using the Clear Inkie.
- For best results, spread the colored inks with the Magpie Clear Inkie. Colored Inkies can also be spread/diluted with Magpie Prep & Dehydrate or rubbing alcohol.
PRO TIP: If using the Clear Inkie to spread the color in your design, be sure to wipe off the bristles before inserting the colored Inkie into the clear Inkie bottle.
Magpie Leaf Foils are so simple to use and add the perfect amount of something special to the manicure.
- Tear off pieces of this fragile foil with tweezers and place onto the tacky layer of gel or into an uncured layer of your favorite Magpie clear gel, being sure to notice if the foil is laying flat. Once you're happy with the design, cure for 60 seconds in a LED lamp. Finish with your favorite Magpie top coat.
Create stunning effects like Milk Bath nails using Magpie Dried Flowers.
- After applying base coat and 1 layer of Magpie Fresh as a Daisy, apply a layer of Magpie Give Me Strength to the nail. Before curing, press the flower into the wet gel, being sure to have the flower lay as flat as possible. Once you are happy with the placement, cure for 60 seconds in a LED lamp.
- Apply a layer of Fresh as a Daisy over the layer of flowers and cure for 60 seconds in a LED lamp.
- Finish the manicure with your favorite Magpie Top Coat.
Nail Art Stickers are a fun and easy way to add design to your manicure!
Self Adhesive Stickers
- Remove the inhibition layer from your gel color.
- Pick up the sticker with a pair of tweezers.
- Trim the sticker if necessary.
- Apply the sticker to your manicure, making sure not to have it right on the edge of the nail.
- Make sure the entire sticker is adhered to the nail.
- Apply your favorite Magpie top coat, being sure to cover the entire area of the sticker to ensure it won't peel up. Cure for 60 seconds in a LED lamp.
